Paid underground parking is available in the building. The condo doesn't include a parking spot — most short-term guests use Grab/taxi.

Do I need to provide my passport or visa?
Yes — Vietnamese law requires us to register all foreign guests with local authorities. After your booking is confirmed, please send a clear photo of your passport (and visa page if applicable) so we can submit the residency registration.
What if there's a water or power outage during my stay?
Local utility teams handle scheduled maintenance occasionally — we'll notify you ahead of time when we know. Water typically returns within 30–60 minutes; electricity returns once line work finishes. If anything else breaks during your stay, message us and we'll get a fix out as soon as possible.
